I accidentally left out a shrimp pasta and chicken pasta from BJ’s for about 4 hours before refrigerating it. Is it okay to eat after reheating or recooking it in a pan?
NO. Any illness causing microorganisms in the food have had more than enough time to produce lots of toxins, which aren’t affected by heat.

Hey guys, I’m Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV with the rundown on the removal of Rebecca Black viral hit-video Friday from YouTube. According to various reports, the teenager’s lawyers called for the removal of the vid due to an on-going battle with Ark Music factory over who has the rights to the song. As you likely know, Ark Music Factory was thrust into the spotlight during Rebecca’s rise to internet fame, for its reputation for capitalizing on the dreams of young, aspiring singers out there. Being that Rebecca and her parents had not idea “Friday” would become the hit it is, there now seem to be a lot of questions as to who has the publicity rights to the song. It also was not Rebecca’s choice to start charging fans to watch the “Friday” video earlier in the week, which ultimately didn’t pan out, as the video has been completely removed from the Ark Music Factory’s YouTube Page. So what do you guys make of this legal battle over Friday? DO you think Rebecca deserves credit for the song or should that go to Ark Music Factory? This sauce is very versatile and you can pair it with many grilled meats and seafood. Its similar to the lime sauce that usually accompany Marinated Beef with Lime Sauce (aka Beef Lok Lac). The base is the same with a few extra ingredients added on. Ive had it as dipping sauce as well where I simply grill some steak (un-seasoned), slice it thinly and wrap it in lettuce, cucumbers and fresh herbs then dunk it into the spicy lime sauce. DER-LICIOUS!

Pesto Trapenese with Farfalle

A sicilian take on a famous recipe, Catherine Fulvio shows us how almonds can be used instead of pine nuts to make a delicious and simple pesto recipe.
Farfalle with Pesto Trapanese
Serves 6 – 8
Ingedients:
½ can chopped plum tomatoes (or 3 ripe medium size tomatoes)
1 tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
50g fresh basil leaves
125g blanched almonds
200ml olive oil
300g dried Farfalle
To serve: Parmesan shards
Method:
Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan. Then lightly chop the ingredients.
Place the almonds, garlic, basil and olive oil in a pestle and mortar. Pound to meld the
flavours.
Blend until the almonds are broken down a little. Then add the
tomatoes and bream then down a little too.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to seasonand to taste. Transfer to a bowl. Serve with pasta or add a little more olive oil to this pesto and use it as a dip for breads. Any unused pesto can be stored in a jar,
covering with a layer of olive oil to seal. It will keep for up to one week.
Cook the farfalle according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and keep warm. Reserve a little of the cooking water. Mix the pasta into the sauce and stir.
Add a little cooking water if you feel that the pesto is too thick. Place into a servedish and sprinkle with basil leaves.
